Eligible products maybe returned within 30 days.  Neato Labels reserves the right to deny any return or exchange.  An authorization number must be obtained prior to shipping back the return, please  email sales@neatolables.com. Email Subject should be: RMA# Request

• Opened computer software
• Downloadable digital content
• Non-defective special orders
• Close-outs, Clearance Items, and Custom Orders
• Return shipments from outside the country

You have to return online purchases through the mail so long as it is shipped to us from within the United States of America. To return your online purchase by mail:

1. Pack your return in the original shipping package, if possible.
2. Include the packing slip and return label, indicate the reason for the return and make sure the RMA# is on the box.
3. Include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories.
4. Send your return to our warehouse at:

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card or PayPal account. We do not refund original shipping amount unless the item was defective.
