How do I return an item?
Items may be exchanged within 15 days of receipt. All exchanges/returns must be accompanied by the packing slip. Items must be in their original condition with tags. Laundered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. Embroidered items are neither exchangeable or refundable. Non-embroidered items purchased online and NOT at any AUW retail location may be returned for a refund or credit if they are in their original condition with tags and within 15 days of receipt. All shipping/freight charges must be prepaid by customer on exchanged items unless the exchange is a result of our error.
