We can get to the airport on the transit bus, which stops at all terminals; on the automatic underground train (TAM) which connects the two T4 buildings, or on the Madrid Metro, which has a shared stop for T1, T2 and T3, and another one for T4.
The Madrid Metro network connects the airport with the city. You can also get to Barajas on the local rail network or on the express bus or the city and inter-city bus routes that stop at the airport.
