Grilled Mediterranean Beef Patties & Veggies with Warm Pita & Yogurt:

If you don’t have a grill or grill pan, preheat the broiler with a rack in the upper third. Place peppers and onions a rimmed baking sheet and broil until tender and lightly charred, 7–10 minutes. Transfer veggies to a bowl, and place beef patties on the same baking sheet. Broil patties until browned and cooked through, flipping halfway through, 6–8 minutes. Toast pitas directly on the oven rack until warm, 1-2 minutes.
