We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't—perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you—we'll send you a new size, color, or style, or issue you a quick refund or credit.

Please send all returns securely wrapped, with the original packing slip (included in your shipment.)
Please note that including a packing slip with the return does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to THE LOLA GETTS policies:

- All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with the original hang tags attached
- All garments are subject to inspection
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
- Items returned after 30 days will receive an online gift card for the value of the merchandise.
- Items older than 30 days are not eligible for return, or for any gift card/refund.
- We only accept return items that have been purchased from our online store.
