Return Policy:
If your order did not work out, let us make things right! Just four steps —
1) Fill out the return/exchange form, 2) Put it back in the box, 3) Put new labels over old labels, and 4) Mail it back to us.
For domestic customers, all you will need to do is fill out a return authorization form to receive your prepaid return label by email. The label will expire within 24 hours, so please print it once you receive it. You can fill out the return authorization form here: https://www.upbra.com/retreq.php.
For international customers, the customer is responsible for the return postage to send something back to us, but we cover the shipping cost to send out any exchanges.
Please allow 3 business days for us to process and ship your exchange(s) back to you, and 10 business days after receipt for a refund to process. Items marked as Seconds/Slightly Imperfect are not eligible for a refund. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
