We know returning an item can be disappointing so we've made the process as easy as possible. If you have changed your mind about an item, we may offer store credit or a refund, provided that:
the request is made using the Returns Portal;
- the request is made within 30 days of purchase;
- that you provide satisfactory proof of purchase (upon request from Showpo);
- the merchandise is in saleable condition (that is, the item is unworn or unused, with all original packaging or tags attached and where the products seal is not broken or tampered); and
- the item is not an Excluded Goods as detailed below.
Customers returning items can select from either a refund (to original payment method), or 110% store credit. Just ensure your return is sent back within the 30 day timeframe and meets all other returns criteria.
If returning for store credit or for a refund, you’ll need to pay our $14.95 USD returns fee through the returns portal and your label will be emailed to you shortly after.
