Return & Shipping Policy:
We will be happy to accept returns in any of our retail stores and provide a refund or exchange on most unopened items sold by Namco in new condition returned within 30 days from receipt of product. In order to fulfill a return, please note the following conditions.
- Products must be in new condition and sealed in its original packaging. ​
- A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all opened merchandise​.
- Due to special handling, gazebos are also subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Return purchases without original store receipt will be issued a store credit for equal value. ​
- Delivery fees, labor and services are not refundable. ​
- All refunds will be credited to the credit card used at the time of purchase. ​  ​
- Cash returns over $100 and checks will be refunded by mail check.  ​
- Gift cards, gift certificates and store credit cannot be exchanged or returned for cash, credit or check. ​ ​
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost or for retuning to one of our Namco stores. ​  ​
- All damaged items will be inspected upon arrival to determine if a refund or replacement is necessary. ​
- Items should be inspected thoroughly at the time of delivery. If you are not satisfied, refuse the item before signing the delivery receipt. ​
- Be sure to report any product defects or damages with the delivery agent. Damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. ​
Namco offers free shipping on above ground swimming pools anywhere in the states of: Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York. Freight to other states is calculated based on the buyer’s location.
Pools are transported by freight carriers and the delivery vehicle will deliver your package(s) to the end of your driveway.
Your residence must be accessible by a 47’ tractor-trailer. If the freight company cannot access your location with a tractor trailer you will need to provide an alternate location for delivery or make arrangements to pick the shipment up at the terminal.
